Shipping and Return Policies
I don't have any return policies or procedures or paperwork nightmares for my customers. I consider each customer and each situation unique. If there is a problem with a product, please call or email me as soon as you can. You and I will work out a good solution for both of us. Prepared Pet is a private business that I own and am responsible for.
There are no warehouses, shipping departments, sales associates, accounting managers or phone operators. If you need to call, you will talk to me. I don't need anyone's permission to make a decision. My customers are my business and I believe in goodwill which is the cornerstone of Prepared Pet. Any questions, comments or concerns are welcomed at Prepared Pet. On occasion I am away and our answering system will pick up, in that case an email with your contact info would be a good idea.
